The borough is continually striving to improve its parks, to better serve the
needs of its community residents. Permit Request Forms, Reservation
Schedules along with Rules and Regulations are now available online
for Castle Shannon residents wishing to rent any of these facilities.
Hamilton Park has two pavilions with restrooms, complete kitchens along with barbecue grills. Each kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and hot and cold water ~~~ Riehl Park also has a covered pavilion and kitchen facilities, along with restrooms and separate soccer and T-Ball fields. ~~~ The municipal center has three meeting rooms, an indoor basketball court, a lighted baseball/softball field, a walking trail, playground facilities and gazebo. ~~~ A covered picnic table has been added to the park at the end of Myrtle Avenue. ~~~
